Overview
Avi Rothfeld focuses his practice on general liability, including premises liability, construction site accidents, property damage, automobile liability, products liability, and New York Labor Law claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rothfeld practiced at a national litigation firm, handling general liability and labor law. He also served as an assistant law clerk to the Honorable Richard G. Latin in the New York Supreme Court, Civil Branch, and completed internships with Lincoln Square Legal Services’ Immigrant Rights Clinic and Bronx Legal Services’ Housing Unit.
