Andre Arias

Overview

Andre Arias focuses his practice on employment law and general liability.

Mr. Arias represents business clients’ interests including employers facing allegations of discrimination, and other violations of federal and state civil rights statutes. He drafts businesses’ policies and agreements related to the workplace, and the employer-employee relationship such as personnel policies and employment agreements. He represents clients in employment administrative matters, claims of harassment, and breach of contract matters. Mr. Arias also defends a range of clients in general liability matters such as premises and accident matters for contractors, building/property owners and other parties, and bodily injury cases.

Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Arias worked at two law firms in employment law and personal injury in defense of insurance provider clients, and in class action lawsuits and data breach cases.
