Overview
Ammad Ahmed focuses his practice on employment law and commercial litigation.
In his employment practice, he represents employers in litigation and advisory matters, including workplace investigations, compliance issues, employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies. He also defends clients in complex commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, and shareholder and partnership disputes.
Before joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Ahmed practiced at a boutique New Jersey law firm and, prior to that, at a regional law firm, where he practiced employment law and intellectual property law. During law school, he served as Senior Staff Editor of the Rutgers International Law & Human Rights Journal, as secretary of the Immigrants Rights Collective, and as a Student Attorney in the Child Advocacy Clinic.
