Overview
Allison Clay focuses her practice on insurance coverage and litigation, employment law, directors and officers, and real estate matters.
In her insurance and litigation practice, she represents carriers in a range of policy and coverage disputes and conducts comprehensive coverage analyses to assess and evaluate insurers’ obligations.
Ms. Clay also represents employers in matters involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and hostile work environment. In addition, she defends directors and officers in complex corporate disputes.Her real estate practice includes representing homeowners’ associations (HOAs) in a variety of matters, including governance issues and deed disputes.
While in law school, Ms. Clay served as a judicial extern for both the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court and held the position of Internal Managing Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.
