Alex Fermoso Jr.

Overview

Alex Fermoso Jr. is a member of the firm’s Maritime Group, where he handles maritime and admiralty litigation, as well as inland transportation matters.

Mr. Fermoso has extensive litigation experience defending general liability matters, including New York Labor Law cases. Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, he practiced at a national defense firm, where he focused on complex construction litigation and labor law. He handled high-exposure cases, negotiated settlements, managed class actions, and developed risk-transfer strategies. His responsibilities also included overseeing motion practice, discovery, and mediations in state and federal courts.
