Alex Fermoso Jr.

Overview

Alex Fermoso Jr. will be a part of the maritime group and will assist with maritime and admiralty litigation as well as in-land transportation matters. 

Mr. Fermoso has extensive experience as a litigator defending general liability matters, including New York Labor law cases. Prior to joining KD, Mr. Fermoso worked for a national defense firm where his practice areas included complex construction litigation and labor law. He handled high-exposure cases, negotiated settlements, managed class actions, and developed risk-transfer strategies, while overseeing motion practice, discovery, and mediations in both state and federal courts.
