Overview
Adrienne Stonecypher focuses her practice on general liability insurance defense, representing corporations, insurers, and commercial clients in complex civil litigation. Ms. Stonecypher’s experience includes premises liability, auto accidents, Federal Motor Carrier liability, products liability, Dram Shop liability, construction defects, and other high-exposure claims. Additionally, her practice has focused on representing hospitality industry clients facing federal civil liability claims under the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Stonecypher practiced general liability at a national law firm, where she focused on personal injury and trucking defense, deceptive trade practices, and alcohol liability. She also served as first-chair defense counsel in a multimillion-dollar civil lawsuit that resulted in a full defense verdict.
