How will contractors and their insurers handle employees who choose to use marijuana either medically or recreationally? This presentation will discuss issues including pre-employment, post-incident, and random drug testing, accommodating medical marijuana in the workplace, disability discrimination issues, and regulating employees’ off-work activities.
