Tad A. Devlin joins KD after a brief stay at Willis DePasquale, where he was a partner and San Francisco office manager. He specializes in complex commercial litigation, insurance law, Employee Retirement Income Security Act and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority matters, and criminal defense.
