Now that New York has legalized recreational adult-use cannabis through the Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act, many entrepreneurs are asking how and when they will be able to join this new and exciting industry, which by some estimates will create up to 60,000 new jobs and raise over $300,000,000 in annual tax revenue.
