The mock trial will examine elements of an employment dispute involving allegations of sexual harassment.
Using a hypothetical case as the ideal training tool, seasoned employment law attorneys will present the complainant’s and respondent’s respective cases based on a mock fact pattern. They will then provide commentary and explanations of their presentation techniques and strategies as the typical sexual harassment case relies heavily on strategy and presentation skills of a lawyer.
*CLE and CE will be provided.
