Law.com, “Head to Toe Advocacy: How Clothes Fit Into a Litigation Strategy,” features Karol Corbin Walker, Esq., 1-29-2026

Posted Jan 29, 2026

Kaufman Dolowich’s New Jersey Partner Karol Corbin Walker was featured in a recent Law.com article discussing how clothes fit into a litigation strategy in the courtroom.

Ms. Walker is quoted in the article as saying that while certain elements of her style apply, she tends to wear smaller, less noticeable jewelry in court. “I try to dress in a sophisticated way that will not allow people to be distracted. To be paying attention to what I am saying in my opening and closings and my questioning of the witnesses on the stand, not looking at the bling that I might wear.”
