Keith Gutstein, Co-Managing Partner at KD’s Long Island office, will be presenting a CLE Seminar for the Eastern District of New York Chapter of the Federal Bar Association’s (FBA EDNY) First Labor Standards Act Update: “Life after Cheeks”.

This seminar will include a discussion of important recent Second Circuit cases and provide practical employment advice for businesses. The course is suitable for both newly-admitted and experienced attorneys.

The FBA EDNY Chapter is an accredited CLE provider in New York State and plans to offer 2.0 credits for this session.
