2018 DRI Construction Law Conference

Risk managers, construction professionals, and attorneys will benefit from the educational and networking opportunities at the DRI Construction Law Seminar. This year’s informative and current “keynote” topic is “Building a Framework of Inclusion: Diversity in Construction,” which focuses on the trials of advancement within the industry in the face of an increasing labor shortage. Our exceptional faculty includes leading specialists who will share their expertise in the diagnosis and exclusion of brain-injured plaintiffs; the drafting of contractual liability limitations; and coverage triggers, tenders, and the right to independent counsel. We are fortunate this year to have an OSHA area director and leading speaker on the recent changes to the law under the current administration. Industry leaders from the plaintiffs’ bar will speak to the newest claims, and recognized experts will offer opinions on the newest technology used to investigate losses.
