Jennifer Sherven is named to Long Island Business News’ Who’s Who in Women in Professional Services

Jennifer Sherven is of counsel at Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP (KD). Sherven concentrates her practice in representing management in all areas of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She represents clients in federal and state courts and in administrative proceedings in federal and state human rights agencies.

Sherven was a key member of the KD trial team that successfully defended their client against a sexual harassment suit brought by six plaintiffs in New York state court. Sherven also represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts.
