Ivan J. Dolowich, a Woodbury, N.Y.-based partner at Kaufman, Dolowich, Voluck & Gonzo, who represents clients on D&O matters, agreed, saying the JOBS Act “could seriously impact liability exposures for D&O writers. We think the law creates the potential for fraud and abuse.”
