On Wednesday, April 10, Iram Valentin, New Jersey Partner and Co-Chair of the Professional Liability Practice Group, will be a panelist at the Driving Diversity in Law & Leadership Summit @Ease 1345 in New York City. The panel, Breaking the Mold: Empowering Legal Talents Across Socioeconomic Lines, will focus on how to develop and guide legal professionals across socioeconomic lines.

Valentin will be part of an esteemed group that will explore such key issues as bridging the cultural gap between lower socioeconomic backgrounds and the corporate legal environment and recruitment and retention strategies to overcome inadvertent bias and stereotypes.
