Is it ever okay to have a relationship with a subordinate? Last Thursday, Arkansas Razorbacks coach Bobby Petrino, 51, was placed on administrative leave for a “pattern of misleading and manipulative behavior” according to Arkansas Athletic Director Jeff Long. It turns out Petrino was in an “inappropriate relationship” with 25-year-old Jessica Dorrell, a former Arkansas volleyball player and recent football department hire. But this isn’t the reason he was let go.
