Beverly Hills Bar Association Luncheon: Mediation Confidentiality in California – Is Legislative Action Needed?

KD’s Stephen M. Caine will participate in a panel discussing the merits of a bill being considered by the California Legislature, AB2025, which seeks to modify and overturn the California Supreme Court’s opinion in Cassel v. Superior Court (2011) 51 Cal.4th 113.

Mr. Caine was the appellate counsel for the successful attorney defendants in Cassel.
