Overview
Madeleina Halley focuses her practice on professional liability and labor and employment law. In the area of professional liability, Ms. Halley represents accountants and attorneys, as well other professionals in claims arising from the performance of their duties. This includes defending professionals in disciplinary hearings and proceedings before various state agencies and regulatory boards.
In labor and employment matters, Ms. Halley provides guidance to effectively and efficiently defend or resolve matters including class & collective actions and wage & hour compliance.
During law school, Ms. Halley served in the public defender’s offices in Los Angeles County and Washington, D.C. In law school she served as vice president of judicial recruitment on the Moot Court Honors Board member and was a member of the Art Law Society.
