Kristen Crescenti focuses her practice on labor and employment, commercial litigation, and professional liability law.

In her labor and employment practice, she represents clients in a full range of employment-related claims including sexual harassment, employment discrimination, wage and hour claims and retaliation. Additionally, Ms. Crescenti handles commercial litigation cases in state and federal courts including complex business disputes and claims of breach of contract. In her professional liability practice, she regularly counsels community housing associations relating to director and officer disputes.

Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Crescenti managed a Florida  firm’s real estate group, facilitating residential and commercial transactions. She also represented clients in complex business disputes, and in litigation involving claims of breach of contract, torts, foreclosures, fraud, and estate matters.
