Overview
Keith Wier concentrates his practice in consumer financial services and professional liability.
He represents and defends individuals, businesses, and in class actions under state and federal consumer statutes. He provides counsel to members of the collections industry, and a range of members in the credit industry on compliance matters. Mr. Wier also defends collection industry agencies, and represents firms, debt buyers, and creditors in both commercial and consumer litigation. In his professional liability defense work, he defends realtors, insurance agents and brokers, lawyers, and other professionals.
