Overview

Joshua Krasner concentrates his law practice in professional liability, complex commercial litigation, and employment law practices defense litigation.

Mr. Krasner has experience handling complex commercial litigation, including contractual disputes among multiple parties, class actions, and partnership disputes. He has also worked on cases involving fiduciary liability, securities transactions, and complex real estate matters.

In his professional liability work, Mr. Krasner represents lawyers, real estate professionals and commercial property owners in claims of negligence and breach of duty to avoid damage to their reputations and livelihood. His complex commercial litigation work includes handling partner and shareholder disputes, business transactional work, and matters arising out of bankruptcy. Additionally, Mr. Krasner works with general liability defense cases, especially in cases of premises liability claims

During law school, Mr. Krasner served as an intern at the California Department of Justice Correctional Law Section, handling state defense of prisoner litigation. He also served as an Editor and Senior Production Editor for the Hastings Law Journal.

Mr. Krasner served in the U.S. Marine Corps prior to attending college, serving at U.S. Embassies overseas with top-secret security clearance. He also served as a Platoon Sergeant and coordinated cross-organizational trainings with NATO allies to provide quick response to regional crises. He was deployed overseas for peacekeeping and training missions.
