Overview
Ian Lukaszewicz focuses his practice on insurance coverage and litigation. Mr. Lukaszewicz maintains an active insurance coverage practice, in which he analyzes coverage issues arising under representations & warranties, directors & officers and errors & omissions insurance policies. He also has experience working in representations & warranties underwriting as well as captive insurance underwriting and consulting.
Mr. Lukaszewicz is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, where he was Managing Editor of the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development. He received his B.A. in Economics from Swarthmore College where he played varsity lacrosse.
