Overview
Eric Zenzerovich concentrates his practice in labor and employment law.
Mr. Zenzerovich represents business and insurance clients in employment litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and violations of state and local civil rights statutes. He also assists businesses facing wage and hour violation allegations and provides guidance on employment policies and employment investigations. Additionally, he represents property owners and management companies in fair housing matters.
He advocates for clients in state court, as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the New York State Division of Human Rights (NYSDHR), and local commissions on human rights.
Before joining Kaufman Dolowich, Mr. Zenzerovich worked in the labor and employment law division of a large healthcare system.
