Ted McNamara focuses his practice in civil ligation and labor and employment law. He represents business owners, corporate clients, and insurers in civil/commercial disputes related to several matters including contracts, business transactions, corporate matters, and employment practices.
Mr. McNamara is a skilled, business-focused litigator who works with clients to develop strategies for approaching complex disputes. He evaluates legal issues and provides counsel to clients on cost-effective strategies to address each matter, through court or through negotiated resolution.
