Overview
Attorney Divya Schlesinger concentrates her law practice in labor and employment law.
She defends a range of business management in matters arising under the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA), and in fair housing claims.
Prior to first joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Schlesinger worked at a legal clinic on employment rights on behalf of indigent clients, served as a law firm clerk, as a judicial intern, and as a front desk associate at a surgical clinic. During law school, Ms. Schlesinger was the communications chair of her school’s Employment and Labor Law Student Association, as well as a member of the Women of Color Collective and the Entertainment Law Society.
