Bianca Carvajal focuses her practice on labor and employment law, representing employers in a range of workplace disputes and advising on employment-related matters. Her experience includes defending discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour claims, as well as counseling employers on wage-and-hour compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, Bianca practiced at a national law firm, where she managed a substantial employment litigation caseload and supported class action matters, including coordinating employee declaration efforts.
