Overview
Angela Wang is an associate concentrating her practice in insurance coverage and litigation including directors and officers liability, and professional liability.
Ms. Wang drafts coverage position letters and coverage opinions and litigates complex insurance coverage matters for insurers and reinsurers. She drafts insurance policies, and defends the directors and officers of insurance carriers in litigation matters, including claim audits. Additionally, Ms. Wang handles claims and underwriting to implement best risk management practices.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Wang focused her practice on corporate trust and banking law for domestic and international clients. During law school, she served as an intern at the New York State Office of the Attorney General and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Ms. Wang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
