Overview
Alyssa Wolslegel concentrates her practice in insurance coverage and litigation. Ms. Wolslegel represents foreign and domestic insurance carriers with respect to claims under professional liability, directors and officers liability, and employment practices liability policies.
Prior to joining Kaufman Dolowich, Ms. Wolslegel worked as an associate at a Chicago firm on worker’s compensation matters. Ms. Wolslegel also served as a law clerk assisting with property tax appeals and property cases, hearings and briefs for litigated matters, and worked on mortgage transaction matters. Prior to law school, she interned at a Wisconsin business collaborating to rewrite their employee code of conduct. Ms. Wolslegel also served as associate editor of the school’s Journal of Regulatory Compliance and wrote about data privacy compliance.
